The StepChange approach to culture change starts with the people. We believe that successful change is built through positive teamwork and enhanced communication. At StepChange we have over 15 years experience of implementing culture change programmes and new ways of working. In addition to our experience, contacts and collateral we are a neutral party, which is essential to the facilitator role and can prove particularly beneficial where there are issues surrounding merging departments and organizations or diverse groups. We also bring an external perspective whereby we can leverage our experience of other organisations with which we have worked. Using our experience and best practice, we draw from the best of current thinking, employing techniques from NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), as well as those developed from over 10 years working with our clients, to establish the enthusiasm that makes your change successful; for yourself, for your teams, for your company and your clients. Our training strategies embrace all styles of learning intervention:one:one coaching, face to face workshops, distance learning and e-learning.

 

At StepChange we develop and deliver learning programmes for team building, leadership development, change management and personal skills development. As our focus is on changing behaviour and change programmes, we specialise in facilitation and business process modelling as well as delivering a range of interpersonal skills workshops, many of which are NLP based. Our leadership and management courses are endorsed by the ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management).
